3. Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • General Policy: We require advance notice for all cancellations (generally 24-48 hours depending on the service type).

  • Refunds: Deposits and payments for missed appointments ("No-Shows") or late cancellations are generally non-refundable as per the terms agreed to during booking.
