For QHHT® sessions, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and clinical space.

For Clinical Hypnotherapy, the full session fee is due upon booking.

All deposits and fees are processed through a secure PayPal link for your protection.

We understand that life happens. To respect the time reserved for your session and the preparation that goes into providing personalized care, the following policies apply:

For Clinical Hypnotherapy:

• 48+ Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule at no cost.

• Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: A $55 Administrative Fee is required to reschedule or cancel. This fee helps offset scheduling, preparation time, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable business expenses. For cancellations, your balance will be refunded minus this fee.

For QHHT® Immersive Journeys (4-6 Hour Sessions):

• 48+ Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule at no cost; your $100 deposit transfers to the new date.

• Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: Because a full day is blocked for your journey, notice of less than 48 hours results in the forfeiture of the $100 non-refundable deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book.

Punctuality: To ensure every client receives their full time, sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in a session extension.

For QHHT®, your remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your journey. This ensures all logistics are finalized so we can focus entirely on your experience the day of our session.

While I do not accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards directly, some clients may be eligible for reimbursement depending on the terms of their individual plan.

To explore this possibility, you should first obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. After your session has been completed and payment received through our secure PayPal link, I can provide a detailed receipt (sometimes called a superbill) that you may submit to your HSA/FSA administrator for consideration. Reimbursement decisions are made solely by your plan administrator.
