INVESTEMENT POLICIES & DETAILS

For QHHT® sessions, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and clinical space.
For Clinical Hypnotherapy, the full session fee of $150 is due upon booking.
All deposits and fees are processed through a secure PayPal link for your protection.
We understand life happens. You may reschedule your session at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Because clinical space is reserved in advance, reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit or session fee.
For QHHT®, your remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your journey. This ensures all logistics are finalized so we can focus entirely on your experience the day of our session.
While I do not accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards directly, many clients successfully receive reimbursement for our sessions through their providers.
To facilitate this, you should first obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. Once our session is complete and paid for via our secure PayPal link, I will provide a professional receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
